I have started following this pattern from couple of years back and it actually made me to do some very good knowledge shares/explanations to my office fellows/audience and the results were impressive. Feedbacks made me motivated. This is applicable not only in office environments but in our day to day life(sharing things with family, maybe in your own Youtube channel, in your medium article).
